  • Scope: Sludge storage, conveying, two-stage paddle drying, cyclone separation, wet scrubbing and control system.
Result: Reduce 2,000 kg/h of wet sludge to approximately 210 kg/h of dried material, with dust collection and wet exhaust treatment included in the same line.

  • Scope: Vacuum rake dryer, condenser, buffer tank, water-ring vacuum pump, hot-water heating unit and explosion-proof controls.
Result: Target solvent content below 0.05% from an initial 20%, with drying carried out at 20–80°C to limit heat exposure.

What information is needed to select an industrial dryer?
To accurately select an industrial dryer, we need to know the material name, initial moisture content, target final moisture, required processing capacity (kg/h), and any specific temperature limitations. Additional details like heat source availability and plant space are also highly beneficial.
Can JEXDRY test my material before equipment selection?
Yes, material testing is a core part of our process. You can send material samples to our facility in China. We will conduct pilot tests using appropriate drying equipment to determine feasibility, optimize parameters, and guarantee the performance of the final customized system.
Does JEXDRY provide complete drying systems?
Absolutely. We design and manufacture complete drying systems. Beyond the main dryer, our scope can include wet material feeding units, dry product conveying, heat exchangers, cyclone separators, bag filters, exhaust gas scrubbers, and integrated PLC control panels.
Which dryer is suitable for sludge, filter cake or paste?
For high-moisture, sticky materials like sludge or filter cake, a paddle dryer or spin flash dryer is typically recommended. Paddle dryers offer excellent indirect heat transfer for continuous processing, while spin flash dryers are ideal for rapid drying combined with mechanical dispersion.
Can the equipment be customized for my heat source and plant layout?
Yes. Every industrial dryer we build is custom-engineered. We can configure the heating system to utilize your available steam, thermal oil, natural gas, or electricity. We also tailor the equipment footprint and orientation to integrate seamlessly into your existing plant layout.
What technical documents and commissioning support are available?
We provide comprehensive English technical documentation, including General Arrangement (GA) drawings, P&ID, electrical schematics, and operation manuals. For commissioning, we offer remote video support or can dispatch engineers to your site for installation guidance and training.
